Meet the Founder
Mr. Rajiv Kumar Sharda is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with over 15 years of corporate experience, including roles in Big 4 firms and multinational corporations (MNCs). He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) charterholder from the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), USA, and also the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) charterholder from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA), USA. Additionally, Mr. Sharda has cleared the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) examination from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), USA. Currently, Mr. Sharda is pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation from the CFA Institute (CFAI), USA, and the Certified in Strategy and Competitive Analysis (CSCA) designation from IMA, USA. His dedication to professional excellence has earned him recognition as a Gold Level Leader and a Platinum Level Leader by the IMA, USA, in March and June 2022, respectively. He has also served as Chapter President for the IMA Pune and IMA Kolkata Chapters. Mr. Sharda holds memberships in several esteemed professional bodies, including NACVA, AICPA, GARP and IMA. His extensive experience and commitment to education make him a distinguished leader at Topdecile Education.
